Returns and Refunds.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase, please contact Nicci via the ‘contact’ page within 10 days of receipt of your artwork/merchandise. Please include your order number, reason for return and if you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of returning products for refund or exhange. It is advisable that your return uses a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we receive your returned item.
Your item must be returned in perfect condition. If it is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Faulty, Damaged or Wrongly Supplied Products
Should you be returning an item because it is faulty, damaged or has been incorrectly supplied, please contact Nicci via the ‘contact’ page and supply photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product before initiating a return.
Refunds and replacements are granted at the discretion of Nicci Hicks Design.
The refund policy excludes any item that is custom, personalised, made to order or commisioned. These cannot be returned unless faulty.
